- Profile and uploaded images such as member profile photos, merchant profile photos, voucher images, gallery images, and feedback attachments

- Support and communication data when you contact us through in-app messaging or support channels

If you request account deletion, account access is removed and some records may still be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, financial-reporting, or operational reasons.

## E-Voucher Refund Policy

E-Vouchers are non-refundable except where we are unable to fulfill the service due to our fault. Expired, used, lost, or third-party vouchers are not eligible for refund.

For refund queries, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Members may log in to their member page and use Contact Us for refund queries.
